Terms and conditions for registrants
This web site and ticket purchase form constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.
Ticket delivery policy
If your payment is successful we will immediately send an e-ticket to the email address you specified when placing your order.
Cancellations & changes to bookings
Intelligence2 Ltd regrets that no cancellations are acceptable, and therefore no refunds are payable. However a substitute delegate can be nominated, or alternatively the option to transfer the ticket to the 2012 conference can be made available. If this is the case, please send your requests by email.
After the programme of the conference is announced, Intelligence2 Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and once the changes have been made, we will inform all the delegates.
Where circumstances force cancellation of the conference in its entirety, Intelligence2 Ltd will make every effort to offer a full refund to each paying delegate.
Refreshments and lunch
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. We can suggest suitable hotels if you would like. Tea and coffee will be provided in the bar area throughout the day. There will be light lunches available to everyone who buys two-day tickets. We can also suggest a range of alternative restaurants in the vicinity. We always provide a vegetarian option for lunch. If you have any other dietary requirements or would like to discuss any access or specific requirements you may have, please contact us at the time of booking.
Speakers
Views expressed by speakers are their own. Intelligence2 Ltd disclaim any liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.
Filming & photography
There will be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
Delegate access & dietary requirements
We make every effort to ensure that our events are accessible and enjoyable for all our delegates, so if you require any particular assistance, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can be ready.

This privacy policy applies to any information acquired by and/or provided to Intelligence2 Ltd including but not limited to: information provided through use of the website; information provided during the course of orders, transactions and bookings; information provided through enquiries or by the completion of any request and or invitation for information. Intelligence2 Ltd may gather information about you when you use our website.
The information you submit to Intelligence2 Ltd, and the the iq2 If Conference will be kept confidential and secure once received. The information will be processed by Intelligence2 Ltd or on its behalf under strictly regulated conditions in accordance with the provisions of the data protection act 1998.
By registering for this conference and disclosing personal information to Intelligence2 Ltd and the iq2 If Conference you consent to the collection, storage and processing of information in the manner described in this policy. Please note that your continued use of the iq2 If Conference website and/or products and services constitutes your agreement to any changes to this policy and the website terms and conditions of use.
Intelligence 2 Ltd will only disclose this information in the following circumstances:
- Where your consent has been obtained;
- Where there is a legal obligation;
- Where there is a public duty; and
- In connection with the assignment or transfer of all or any of its rights and obligations to any of its group companies or to any other third party.

We will be sharing your name, title and company information only with other participants at the iq2 If Conference. Intelligence2 Ltd reserves the right to share your information (name, company and email) with our partners and third parties whose services might be of interest to the attendees.
